NUTSHELLS PART2

Hello, apologies for today's late post. We have been at the Max Paper Craft show in Hull today and I have only just sat down at the computer (Short and sweet post too!). Here are our other 3 Nutshells for you to meet:
We have Hazel, Music Mac and Hazel with Handbag

Each little nut has their own style and we really hope you like them! They will be making more appearances throughout the week.

Thanks for looking, Katie.

NUTSHELLS

Today we have four cards featuring our new stamp range. 3 of them were previewed yesterday, the other is new!
First up we have Tash, I think she has the sweetest face and looks fab in the black and pink colour combo!
Next we have Coco, this little nut was based on our very own Colette, and bears a striking resemblance (lol). This card was made by my Mum, Susan. I think she has done a great job, I especially love the big red bow!
Third up is Mac, she is a feisty little rocker nut, and looks very cool in Purple!

And last we have another preview- Cycling Hazel, I adore her happy smile. She looks so cheery and is a definite ray of sunshine. I hope you have enjoyed today's Nutshells preview, we shall be back tomorrow with our final four designs.
Thanks for looking, Katie.

DRUM ROLL PLEASE...

Happy Friday everyone, what a week we are having at Nutcrafters HQ! Last week I mentioned that we had some very exciting news, and today I can share it with you all. We are launching our very own range of Stamps, so let me introduce you to the team:

The collection is called 'Nutshells', and Each is named after a nut! We have Hazel, Tash (Pistachio), Coco, and Mac (Macadamia). Their are 8 designs so far and we shall be showcasing them on the blog this weekend, with the stamps available online from Monday.

Please check back for Nutshells cards and crafty creations and we hope you like them as much as we do!

HOPPY SPRING

Hello, I have just enough time for a quick post before I jet off to work! Today we are sponsoring A Spoon Full of Sugar, so please be sure to pop over to their blog to have a look at this week's challenge. You can win a Super cute Rachelle Anne Miller stamp from Stampavie, the new Hoppy Spring.
I also wanted to show a card I made for my friend's Daughter, Evie. She was 3 on Friday and just loves cake and Dog's!
Odd combination maybe, but I thought the perfect stamps to use would be Tilda with Puppy and the Love Muffin, and I was right, she loved her card! (She actually has a look of cute little Tida-lol!)
Thanks for looking, Katie.

WHAT A WEEK!

Well, my optimism paid off and we had a lovely sunny bank holiday weekend, and a few (much needed) days off in sunshine! I say we had 'day's off' but myself and Colette have had quite a week, and been busy working on a few new projects. I'm so excited I could burst! Hopefully we will have more to say next week, and maybe a few sneaky peeks!
On to today's card.

It's another April Birthday Boy, and I have chosen to make a cowboy card. Stamps used are all from High Hopes: Cowboy Kenny, Rustic fence, Watering trough, Giddy up and Howdy Parder! The images have been water coloured and layered onto DP. I thought that they suited a distressed/muddy look, and sponged the word and main image background's with brown ink. I used a few scraps and spare images to decorate inside.
This was a quick card made for a work colleague, I definitely find male cards more difficult, but I think it looks OK! Roll on May and some Girly birthday cards-lol!

Thanks for looking, Katie.

FEELING BLUE!?!

As I was saying yesterday, Manchester is still wet and windy and my mood is a little blue too, but I am keeping my fingers crossed for a sunny Bank Holiday weekend (ever the optimist!). Today's card is another Miss Anya from The Greeting Farm, and I have chosen a Black and blue theme, which I think looks FAB!
Miss Anya has been stamped onto white card, and coloured with water colours and embellished with Stickles (I love her sparkly blue hair). The base of the card has been covered with Prima Paintables card stock, you can colour these sheets, but I have left my blank to co-ordinate with my colour scheme. The flowers are also from Prima and the Happy Birthday is a High Hopes stamp.
I have decorated inside with a few left over papers, and added a Prima 'Classy' Chipboard Centre, and another flower.

Thanks for looking, Katie.

MADE WITH LOVE

Today's card is a Sarah Kay cutie pie - called 'Time for Apple Pie'! The Image has been stamped onto a white oval and water coloured.

I have used Prima DP, and added a Handmade with love charm. The other embellishments on the card are also from Prima: Ribbons, Obsession flowers and a Prima Definitions Pebble. These Pebbles are real sweet and come in lots of different styles. The Definitions Pebble I choose is 'Love' to match the charm.

The April showers have arrived here in Manchester, but we have lots of great new stamps on their way to Nutcrafters, hopefully to brighten your day!

Already in stock are some of the lovely new Rachelle Anne Miller stamps from Stampavie, including:

Also arriving later this month are new stamps from The Greeting Farm. We have the super cute Fairy stamps and some great new sets. And after flying off our shelves in unbelievable time, we have also stocked up on plenty of the stylish 'Miss Anya' sets.

Thanks for looking, Katie.
